Gay Hong Kong is coming out. This emerging confidence among the gay community means a growing number of hotspots in this vibrant Asian city and an increased acceptance of gay travel in Hong Kong. Most gays and lesbians live among the expats in Hong Kong Island’s Central neighbourhood. Gay clubs, bars and shops stretch between Central’s Soho and Lan Kwai Fong sections. Compared to other Asian cities, Hong Kong has a pretty visible gay community, and the LGBT social scene is solid. So, what are your options for gay bars in Hong Kong?
