Welcome to Edmonton: Canada’s Festival City and home of the world famous West Edmonton Mall. While Alberta, the cattle and oil capital of Canada, still gets a bad rap for being more than a tad redneck – I saw an entire video store wall devoted to hunting videos in a small town there – Edmonton is gaining the cosmo vibe while keeping the smaller town charm.
