I love wine. I love the sound of the cork popping out of the bottle, trying a new vintage or relaxing on the patio with a couple of tried and true friends to sample a favourite Sauvignon. For my next holiday, I’m looking to visit Sonoma Wine Country. One of my regrets has been that when close family was living there – for almost six years, to be honest – I never took advantage of a wine tour, instead hitting the outlet malls or putting it off until the next day, then the next, until it was time to go home.
